Artorn is the highest state of control and concentration achieved by the Kenget Kamulos, reached at the end of training of both the Kledo and the Oqulo. In this state, fear is completely conquered, allowing one to use it unconsciously to acquire cat-like alertness in battle, like the Cuain and the high priests.

• The name may be derived from the Proto-Celtic root arto with the meaning of "stone", reflecting the emotionless or stone-like state.
