The Council of Jirinaar is the ruling group of Jirinaar. Sebainah is the head of the council, elected every 4 or 5 years by the Sebai of the clans. Only the Council can decide the Chosen ones, eligible for Sebai ritual.
Organization
The council is organized in so-called council circles, where each circle is concerned about a specific matter (election, conflicts, family matters, divorces etc.)
Building
The council building is in the center of Jirinaar. It is divided into two wings, the left one hosting the seat of Sebainah and the great hall, the right wing containing council rooms and the meeting hall.
